By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or interacting with us in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SparkleBright Cleaning Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our services.

2. Services

2.1 Service Description

SparkleBright Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and specialized cleaning services as described on our website.

2.2 Service Availability

Our services are available in select areas within the United Kingdom. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2.3 Service Scheduling

Services must be scheduled in advance through our website, by phone, or by email. Availability is subject to our team's schedule and capacity. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, but cannot guarantee specific time slots.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

You may request cleaning services through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us and, where applicable, any required deposit has been paid.

3.2 Pricing

Our service pricing is as indicated on our website or as quoted to you. Prices may vary based on the size of the property, type of service, specific requirements, and location. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.

3.3 Payments

We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. Payment terms are as follows:

  • For one-time services, full payment is required at the time of service or prior to service, as specified at booking
  • For recurring services, payment is required according to the agreed schedule
  • For larger commercial projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work

3.4 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: no charge
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the service fee may be charged
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 100% of the service fee may be charged

4.2 Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Rescheduling with less notice may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

4.3 Cancellation by SparkleBright

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, staff illness, or emergency situations. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your service or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Service Expectations and Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has safe access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access your property, it may be treated as a late cancellation.

5.2 Property Preparation

To ensure the most effective cleaning service:

  • Please secure valuables and fragile items
  • Inform us of any special instructions or areas requiring particular attention
  • Clear excessive clutter from areas to be cleaned
  • Ensure pets are secured, if necessary

5.3 Service Exclusions

Our standard cleaning services do not include:

  • Moving heavy furniture
  • Cleaning of biohazardous materials
  • Exterior window cleaning above ground level
  • Cleaning areas that pose safety risks
  • Other exclusions as specified in our service descriptions

5.4 Service Quality

We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include returning to clean areas that were not cleaned to your satisfaction.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Insurance Coverage

We maintain appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance to cover our cleaning services.

6.2 Damage Liability

While we take all reasonable care when providing our services, we may be liable for damage to your property caused directly by our negligence. To be eligible for compensation:

  • You must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion
  • The damage must be demonstrably caused by our staff
  • Pre-existing damage or damage due to wear and tear is not covered

6.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, up to a maximum of the amount paid for the service during which the damage occurred. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business, profit, or opportunity
  • Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions of the property
  • Damage due to faulty equipment or infrastructure not provided by us

7.1 Website Content
